About the event
We’re bringing back Burn & Brunch! A morning built around movement, food, connection, and a little foolishness with good people.
We’ll kick things off at 10AM with our signature Pride Training workout. Strength, conditioning, movement and just enough spice to make you earn what comes next.
Then we clean up and BRUNCH.
This edition is fully catered by Island Water, so leave the pots and pans at home. Lyon’s Den will provide everything else: music, games, conversation, community and the vibes.
Come train, eat, laugh, meet somebody new, talk a little trash during the games, and spend the afternoon with like-minded people who believe wellness should include actually enjoying your life.
